Sometimes you need a gentle glue.
Not for permanent bonding. For light fixing. Temporary bonding. Easy rework. Our heat melt adhesive is made for those jobs. Core temporary positioning. Acquisition layer light fixing. Top sheet light positioning. Any area where you might need to take things apart. We call it the rework helper. It fixes things when you need it. And it comes off cleanly when you do not. It never damages the base material. No tears. No contamination of the core.
The challenge is low stick with high inner strength.
We use a low-weight SIS base. Low-polarity tackifying resins. And we control the plasticizer ratio carefully. The melt viscosity at 150°C is 1500-3000 mPa·s. Low. Good flow. Good for ultra-thin coating. But the inner strength is high. Much higher than the stick to the base material. So when you peel it, the glue breaks inside itself. No residue. No transfer. The softening point is 70-85°C.

180° peel strength is 1-4 N/25mm. Normal structural glues are 8-15 N/25mm.

When you rework on the line, you peel it off easy. No tearing. No residue. Plasticizer migration is below 0.5%. SAP absorbency loss is below 3%. The core keeps absorbing well. The low viscosity gives good flow. Works great on dot spray and fiber spray. Even on lines above 600 diapers per minute. No clogging. That is our heat melt adhesive.
