Normal glues fail when wet.
That is a fact. They lose their strength. Cores break. Layers separate. Our Wet Strength Adhesive is different. It keeps a strong bond even after absorbing fluids. It is made for pad core seams, acquisition layers, and diaper core fixing. We built this glue from the ground up with wet strength in mind. We added anti-hydrolysis and fluid-resistant features at the molecular level. A lot of customers ask us, "How do I stop my core from falling apart when wet?" This is the answer.

We use SIS/SBS with polyolefin.
The SIS/SBS blend gives good initial tack. The polyolefin gives extra strength. When wet, the molecular chains rearrange. They form a stronger physical network. The working temperature is 140-160°C. At 150°C, the melt viscosity is 3000-5000 mPa·s. That ensures fast wetting of porous materials like fluff pulp, SAP wrap, and tissue. The softening point is 85-95°C. Stable at body temperature. No flow. No oil leak.
Here is the wet strength data.
In third-party lab tests after 24 hours in simulated fluid, wet strength retention is over 75%. Normal structural glues are at 30-40%.

The core stays intact when fully wet. No breaking. No drooping. No clumping. Low migration. SAP absorbency loss is below 5%. We offer three systems. SIS-based for high tack and softness. SBS-blend for higher wet strength and heat resistance. Polyolefin PO for low odor and low irritation. That is our Wet Strength Adhesive.
