Some areas must never, ever come off.
Barrier cuff elastics. Waistband bonding. Hook-and-loop attachment. Premium diaper core wrapping. These areas take the most stress. Our high strength hot melt glue is made for them. It represents the peak of bonding strength for hot melt PSAs. We call it the permanent lock. In our tests, it stays intact under repeated stretching. Dynamic friction. Hot storage. It never comes off. A lot of customers ask us, "What is your strongest glue?" This is it.
We use SIS and SBS together.
SIS gives elasticity. SBS gives strength and heat resistance. We build a strong 3D network. The working temperature is 150-170°C. That ensures full melting and good wetting. The melt viscosity at 160°C is 4000-6500 mPa·s. High. The glue layer must be thick enough for high stress. The softening point is 90-105°C.
Here is the extreme data.
180° peel strength is 15-25 N/25mm. That is 2-3 times normal. Holding power lasts over 72 hours at 40°C with a 1kg load.

Even under 2.5-3.5 times elastic stretch, it stays stable. The barrier cuff does not go loose. The waistband does not lift. For elastic fixing, creep displacement is less than 1mm under 40°C/80% RH for 7 days. Creep recovery rate is over 95%. The glue stretches with the elastic. No hardness. No brittleness. At 60°C for 72 hours, no softening. No flow. No lifting. VOC below 5 g/L. No solvents. No formaldehyde. No phthalates. That is our high strength hot melt glue.
