Hot melt adhesive for sanitary napkins is a key bonding material specifically used in the production process. It is a type of hot melt adhesive that melts upon heating and is then evenly applied as a liquid between the layers of the sanitary napkin. After cooling and solidifying, it forms a strong bond, ensuring the stability and integrity of the sanitary napkin's structure.

Hot melt adhesive for sanitary napkins primarily works based on the principle of thermoplastic resin adhesives. This adhesive is solid at room temperature, but when heated to a certain temperature (e.g., around 160℃), it rapidly melts into a liquid, exhibiting good fluidity and wettability. When applied to the surface of the materials to be bonded, the liquid adhesive quickly penetrates and fills the tiny pores on the material surface, forming a mechanically interlocking structure. After the adhesive cools and solidifies, it forms a strong chemical bond with the material surface, achieving a reliable bonding effect.
