Product Description
A snug fit without "waistband creep" is the hallmark of a high-quality nappy, and our Elastic Waistband Bonding Glue for Nappies (Model 1388) is engineered to deliver exactly that. We recognize that waistband Spandex threads are under constant tension, which is why our adhesive provides a permanent mechanical anchor to non-woven substrates. This Elastic Waistband Bonding Glue for Nappies features superior creep resistance, ensuring that the elastic stays in place for hours without retracting or causing side leaks.
As a manufacturer with 28 years of experience, we have optimized the Elastic Waistband Bonding Glue for Nappies using a high-grade SIS system to maintain elasticity without the adhesive becoming brittle. We perform 100% inspection using tensile testing machines to verify that the bond can withstand 2.5x to 3.5x stretch cycles. Backed by PICC insurance and a reputation for serving top-tier "Mother and Baby" brands, we provide a product that combines industrial power with the soft "hand-feel" necessary for infant comfort.
