Do you smell that? If you use normal glue, you do. That sharp, sour, solvent-like smell. Our Low-odor adhesive for hygiene products changes that. We use advanced hydrogenation technology. The result is a glue with almost no smell. In our tests, you can hardly smell anything when you open the bag. This improves the quality feel of your product. Normal glues use non-hydrogenated materials. Those materials create smell when they get hot. We do not use them. The base of our glue is hydrogenated SEBS. The tackifier is hydrogenated rosin ester or saturated C5 resin. No unsaturated bonds. No low-weight molecules. So no oxidation. No smell. The glue stays stable at 140-180°C. It does not carbonize. It does not skin over. It does not smoke. At 150°C, the melt viscosity can be adjusted between 2000-6000 mPa·s. That fits all types of high-speed coating machines.

We sent our glue to a third-party lab. The VOC content came back below 2 g/L. That is far below the GB 33372 limit.

The glue passes ISO 10993 biocompatibility tests. No formaldehyde. No phthalates. No fluorescent agents. It also has great anti-aging. In our 70°C for 72 hours test, the color change (ΔE) is less than 2. No oil leak. No brittleness. No yellowing. That is our Low-odor adhesive for hygiene products.
