The formula is classic for a reason.
SIS base. C5/C9 resin or rosin ester tackifiers. Food-grade white oil. This classic formula gives stable performance and a wide processing window. At 140-160°C, the open time is 8-12 seconds. That gives you enough working time and fast setting. At 150°C, the melt viscosity is 2500-4500 mPa·s. That gold range works with all coating methods. Roller. Slot. Spiral spray. Fiber spray. On our line, it does not string. It does not leak. It does not clog.
The numbers are solid.
180° peel strength is 5-10 N/25mm. Loop tack is 8-12 N/25mm. Holding power lasts over 24 hours at 40°C with a 1kg load.
