Some areas must never come off.
Barrier cuff elastics. Waistband bonding. Hook-and-loop attachment. These areas take a lot of force. Our low temp hot melt glue is made for them. We call it the permanent lock. It creates a very strong bond. In our tests, it stays intact under repeated stretching. Dynamic friction. Hot storage. It never comes off. A lot of customers ask us, "What glue do I use for elastics that keep failing?" This one.

The formula uses SIS and SBS together.
SIS gives elasticity. SBS gives strength. We blend them. Then we add high-softening-point resins. The result is a 3D network with very high inner strength. The melt viscosity at 160°C is 4000-6500 mPa·s. That is high. It needs to be. The glue layer must be thick enough for high stress. The working temperature is 150-170°C. That higher temperature ensures full melting and good wetting. The softening point is 90-105°C. That gives excellent heat resistance. No softening in summer storage.
Here is the strong data.
180° peel strength is 15-25 N/25mm. That is 2-3 times normal. Holding power lasts over 72 hours at 40°C with a 1kg load.

For elastic fixing, creep displacement is less than 1mm under 40°C/80% RH for 7 days. And the glue stretches with the elastic. No hardness. No brittleness. VOC below 5 g/L. No solvents. No phthalates. That is our low temp hot melt glue.
