We took the safety rules from baby diapers. And we brought them into the pad world. That is our hmt hot melt. This glue is used for the top sheet, the absorbent layer, and the back sheet. These layers touch sensitive skin directly. This is not a simple "upgraded" glue. We follow the strictest rules. Raw material selection. Formula design. Production control. We avoid all risks. The formula is fully hydrogenated.
The base is fully hydrogenated SEBS. High chemical stability. Very low impurities. The tackifier is food-grade hydrogenated rosin ester or hydrogenated C5/C9 resin. We do not use any non-hydrogenated materials. No residual double bonds. No low-weight allergens. The plasticizer is food-grade white oil. It passes the GB 9685 standard. We make this glue in a special clean workshop. No cross-contamination. The glue works at 140-170°C. That low temperature protects heat-sensitive materials.
The test results are clear.
Formaldehyde is below 0.02 mg/g. No fluorescent substances. Heavy metals like lead and mercury are below 1 mg/kg.

The glue passes ISO 10993 cytotoxicity and skin irritation tests. Non-cytotoxic. Non-irritating. Safe for baby skin. Very low migration. In our 70°C for 72 hours test, no oil leak. No yellowing. That is our hmt hot melt.
