What goes into this formula?
We use high-quality SIS as the main base. Then we add selected C5/C9 resins or rosin ester tackifiers. And food-grade white oil. This classic formula gives stable performance at a good cost. We thought a lot about high-speed production. At 140-180°C, the open time is 8-15 seconds. That gives you enough working time and fast setting. At 150°C, the melt viscosity is 2500-4500 mPa·s. That gold range works with all coating methods. Roller coating. Slot coating. Spiral spray. Fiber spray. On our line, it does not string. It does not leak. It does not clog.
