Sometimes you do not want strong stick.
You want light fixing. Easy peeling. No damage to the material. That is what our low temperature hot melt glue is for. We call it the rework expert. It is used for top sheet light fixing. Core temporary fixing. Any area where you might need to take things apart. It acts like a gentle helper. It fixes things when you need it. And it comes off cleanly when you do not. In our customers' factories, it never damages the base material. No tears. No residue. A lot of customers ask us, "Is there a glue that does not tear my nonwoven?" Yes. This one.

The challenge is balancing two things.
Low stick. High inner strength. They fight each other. We use a low-weight SIS base. We add low-polarity tackifying resins. And we control the plasticizer ratio carefully. The result is a low melt viscosity of 1500-3000 mPa·s at 150°C. It flows very well. Good for ultra-thin coating. But the inner strength is high. Much higher than the stick to the base material. So when you peel it, the glue breaks inside itself. No residue. No transfer. That solves the old problem of low-stick glues that do not peel clean.
Here is the gentle data.
The 180° peel strength is set at 1-4 N/25mm. Normal structural glues are 8-15 N/25mm.

When you rework on the line, you peel it off easy. The material does not tear. No glue left. The low viscosity also gives good flow. Works great on fiber spray and dot spray. Even on lines above 500 pads per minute. No clogging. After setting, the glue feels very soft. You can hardly tell it is there. That is our low temperature hot melt glue.
