Heat damages thin materials.
That is a fact. Thin pads. Soft nonwoven. PE breathable film. They shrink. They deform. They get damaged at high heat. Our low temperature hot melt adhesive fixes that. We lowered the working temperature from 160-180°C down to 120-140°C. That is a big drop. It makes ultra-thin, ultra-soft, highly breathable pads possible. On our customers' lines, the top sheet does not shrink. The PE film does not deform. The material stays soft. A lot of customers ask us, "How do I bond thin film without burning it?" This is the answer.

We use a low-melt SIS and polyolefin blend.
The glue melts fully at 120-140°C. That comes from precise control of the softening point. It is set at 70-85°C. Much lower than the normal 80-95°C. The melt viscosity at 130°C is 1500-2500 mPa·s. That is low. Good flow at low temperatures. Perfect for spiral spray, fiber spray, and narrow slot coating. Low temperature also means less heat aging. The glue tank, hoses, and nozzles stay cleaner. Lower maintenance costs.
Here is the protection data.
At 120-140°C, ultra-thin PE film (thinner than 20μm) has a heat shrinkage rate below 1%. Normal glue at high heat gives 3-5% shrinkage.

VOC is below 2 g/L. Much better than normal 5 g/L. Almost no smell during production or when opening the pack. After 8 hours of continuous production, the glue color change (ΔE) is less than 1. No skin. No carbon. No clog. That is our low temperature hot melt adhesive.
